UCARD cooperates with some kernal factories which combine the best western and eastern production technologies when many Chinese factories still rely on labor force to complete many card production processes . From printing to delivery, a qualified production manager keeps verifying and approving all processes.
Security
Security is a very important aspect of scratch card production which we take seriously. All file encryption is handled by PGP encryption protocol and is stored by a dedicated Data Manager. All pin numbers are handled on site with two stage process to ensure them accuracy and integrity.
Testing
All incoming material is tested for quality and suitability. Comprehensive testing on hotstamps is conducted in an in-house laboratory with test reports available to all customers upon request. Quality is tested at all stages of production.
Production
While many Chinese manufacturers use only one OCR camera, all our personalisation machines use three OCR cameras which allow for computer verification of pin, serial, and hostamp position. By using these cameras the incidence of printing the same pin number or serial numbers on multiple cards is eliminated.
All packing machines also contain an OCR camera that verifies whether all serial numbers are in sequence.
