1, How to start?

Click "Quote Request" to create a new inquiry, or click "New Order" under "Orders" directly. New inquiry and new order information are almost the same except a little difference,inquiry will be dealt with your sales consultant while order will be directly dealt with production department.

2, How to convert an inquiry to an order?

You can see new inquiry under "current quotations" after it's created. Please click "Place an order" on the left to reach new order page, after you check the information is right and then create an new order. The uploaded inquiry file will automatically move to new order's default file folder, you can decide whether to copy file or not by "copy files from quotation".

3, How to re-order?

You can click the re-order button in your past order list to re-order.

4, How to confirm order number?

Order number is formed by your system customer number and your order sequence.

5, Lead Time

An expect lead time will be formed when you create new inquiry or new order, you can set up your expect receiving time, that is to say, goods arriving time including freight time, and then we can arrange the production according to your requirement, of course, we have a standard production time and urgent time to let you choose.

6, Can I update the order after I placed a new order?

Yes, you can edit,pause or stop your order before proof sheet is confirmed. While if proof sheet is already confirmed, please contact us.

7, How do current order timeline and production process timeline work?

Order timeline starts when production approved, and end by our scheduled production time, it's displayed with red graphical representation by percentage; Production timeline starts from production beginning and ends from goods sent from UCARD, it's displayed with green graphical representation by percentage.

8, When will order turn into "Past Order"?

When order is ended or you stop the order.

9, How to define production alert?

Production alert depends on our scheduled production time. Alert of two days left will displayed with yellow icon, alert of one day left will displayed with orange icon,and alert which already reaches scheduled production time will displayed with red icon.

10, How to upload file?

We assign special file folder to you, you can see when clicking "View Order", under "Orignal files" you can upload your artwork,data file etc. Then we will make the proof sheet and drag into proof sheet file folder to wait for your confirmation. When the production is over, we will upload the production image to "Product Images" if you request so that you can view online. Also we will put the proforma invoice in the PI file folder.

If you want to delete one file, please drag the file in the recycle file folder, also you can recover a file from recycle file folder. If you press "Ctrl" key when dragging,the file will form a copy; if you need download a file, please click the download icon after file name.

11, Is the file uploaded safe?

All the file are encrypted and saved, they can't be downloaded directly by link and only can be downloaded after system authorization.So all the files are very safe.

12, How to communicate with us online aim at one order?

You can add notes for every order, you can find the function on "View Order/Notes" and even you can discuss on every topic.

13, How to approve/disapprove online?

When order is on some status,we need your online support. For example, when a proof sheet is put in your file folder, you will see one approval icon and a disapproval icon, system will work automatically when clicking different icons, and the order status will be updated according to your choice.

14, How to ask for samples?

You can submit a sample request on "Sample Request" and then you will get a ticket ID, we will reply online to this ticket ID. If your product needs sample making, please create a new order directly.

15, What can I manage in "My Account"?

You can manage your personal information. If you don't want to change password, just leave it blank. You can also manage your receiving address, it will displayed in a drop-down list when you place a new order.

If you wouldn't like to get the mail alerts, you can configure and decide which status to get the mail information. Attention please, some status which need your confirmation will be regard as default to get system mail information.

If you work on your private computer and hope to keep online all the time, you can configure "Keep me online" time.

16, How to use report forms?

Our job system will have a statistics on all your orders within lastest 12 months as default. Also you can customize a time slot and then choose statistics type such as daily statement, monthly statement, yearly statement etc to output graph and histogram. You can also view data table online or output the data into excel file.
